Solutions Advantage has been providing workflow and document management solutions in numerous departments within AARP. Our solutions have consisted of an Accounts Payable workflow with integrated scanning and electronic document storage; a Performance Review System that will automate and track employee performance reviews throughout the year and upload electronically signed reviews into the document management system; and a Member Data Tracking System that routes requests for Member Data to the appropriate managers for approval and then to the member data department to process the requests. Users are automatically notified by email when their request has been processed.
