Automatic Data Processing (ADP) was established over 50 years ago and is now one of the largest and most successful companies in the world. With over $7 billion in revenues and 500,000 clients, ADP is one of the strongest independent computing services firms in the world and offers a broad range of client services including employer services, brokerage services, claims services and automotive dealer services.

Solutions Advantage has developed Mailgram Management, a web application intended for usage by ADP clients. Mailgram Management is a configurable application that can be set up for mailgram types of different clients while hosted on ADP’s server.
Kofax will write data to database table before starting a workflow case. An NT Service “Broker” will monitor this table and start workflow cases for any new records. This will allow the ability to restart cases in case of system problems.

Once a workflow case has been started, a document will be pushed through a workflow process designed for each document type and its business area. Both ADP staff and the client’s staff will process workflow queues. Upon completion, all required index changes and note fields updated or added in the workflow will be captured and placed in an index update file.

Batch update jobs will be created to update both document management repositories and will be scheduled to run a various times of the day.
