Today, The Mart remains the largest trade center in the world and welcomes more than three million visitors each year. Sixty percent of the building’s area is devoted to wholesale showrooms. As a design center, The Merchandise Mart hosts 16 major trade shows, co-produces 15 more and also houses more than 300 conferences, seminars and special events each year.

Solutions Advantage has developed a workflow process for creating, approving and reviewing new leases and renewing existing leases.  The tenant is reviewed by the credit collections department while the office/retail space is reviewed against budget by the financial department.  Once these steps are approved, the lease is reviewed by the Property Manager of the space, and then sent to the Senior Vice President and President for final approval.  A lease is then generated in the application and sent to the tenant for signature.
